Mentorship Program
How it works
The Mentorship Program is a 3 month in-person-group-program where you will learn at a high level what it takes to become a successful real estate investor. Topics will include goal setting, mindset, investment vehicles, business formation, networking, marketing, financing, deal analysis, and scaling. You will also learn first-hand from industry experts including real estate attorneys, CPAs, and investor friendly lenders and our small class sizes will give you opportunities to ask the questions that will help accelerate your investing business into a cash flowing entity.
After the initial 3 months, we will transition to a nurturing phase where you will spend one-on-one time with your real estate coach in addition to monthly group meetings where we dig deeper into specific topics including multifamily investing, 1031 exchanges, and more; all presented by guest speakers that have decades of experience in their fields.
Your coach will be there to support you on your real estate journey helping you establish your business, and through the entire process from finding your first deal, writing your contract, estimating your repairs, and assessing the after-market value of your property. If you don't have a deal yet, don't worry, you will still gain hands-on experience by helping with rehabs, driving for dollars, assessing properties, and other real life learning experiences.
